Is there a coffee maker in the room?

All apartments and penthouses include a kitchen that is fully equipped, including an Illy Coffeemaker or Nespresso and dishwasher for your comfort.

Are there wheelchair-friendly rooms?

Our hotel has ground floor apartments and an elevator. There are no stairs or height differences in the apartments and all apartments are spacious. However, we do not offer adapted bathrooms or kitchen amenities.

Is there Wi-Fi in the hotel?

Our hotel grounds and all apartments and penthouses have a secured high speed Wi-Fi connection of which you will receive the password upon arrival.

Check-in and Check-out

When can I check in?

Check-in is available from 2pm. If your flight arrives in the evening, please let us know in advance and your personal host will be there to welcome you.

What time do I have to check out?

Check out time is 11am. You are welcome to make use of hotel grounds including the pool and cabanas until departure. If you would like to still use your room after 11am, please ask for a late check-out (additional fee), depending on availability.

Is there an airport transfer?

An airport transfer can be booked as an extra. The costs are $25 one-way. Our dedicated taxi driver will wait for you at the airport with a SENSES sign and bring you straight to SENSES Boutique Hotel & Apartments where we will be to check you in.

Can I leave my luggage stored somewhere?

You are welcome to store your luggage with us on your departure day.

Can I drink the tap water on Bonaire?

Tap water is safe to drink and of good quality.

What currency does Bonaire have?

The island uses US dollars as official currency. There are enough ATM machines and debit and credit cards are accepted almost everywhere.

What languages are spoken on Bonaire?

The official language is Dutch. Residents also speak the local language Papiamentu and some speak Spanish. Many also speak English.

Bonaire is situated in the south of the Caribbean, next to Aruba and Curacao and just above South America.

How do I get to Bonaire?

Bonaire’s International Airport receives direct flights from Amsterdam (NL), Houston (US), Atlanta (US), Newark (US), Miami (US), Toronto (CAN) and Aruba and Curacao.
